Schedule

We offer an ongoing schedule of classes and immersions.  This schedule page is being updated monthly to show the classes as well as special events offered.

All our classes are tailored to the group of people that comes together on the day. We will make sure you have a pleasant and rejuvenating experience whatever your physical ability is at the moment.


LOCATION
HealthFit Collective – 1-8 Clyde Quay Wharf (for regular classes with Katya Mourits)
Urban Yoga Studio – Level 3, 160 Willis Street (used for workshops)
Te Aro Astanga Studio, Level 1, Left Bank, off Cuba Street (used for workshops)
Yoga Time NZ, 60 Queens Drive, Lower Hutt (for regular classes with Chevanne Rodwell)

BOOKINGS
Please book online for classes run at HealthFit. If you haven’t booked in advance, you are still welcome to attend the class, we will have a space for you.

WHAT TO WEAR / BRING
Please wear comfortable, loose clothing with pants/shorts which are not too tight or firm around your waist line. For best results please make sure you are not very hungry before the class. Mats are available at HealthFit but you are welcome to bring your own if you choose to.
